Chix Food Journal Audrey Jorns

Breakfast Pre w/o 1/2 protein bar
Post w/o whole wheat oatmeal w/2 tsp. RFPB; Coffee
Lunch 1/2 c of homemade chicken soup (that's all that was left after everyone at work got a bowl); handful of pretzels; 1 clementine
Dinner grilled chicken sandwich w/lettuce and tomato and only the bottom of the bun; yes, I confess, I had the FF and Onion Ring combination side - and to top it off, it wasn't even very good! I am ashamed to admit this but, hopefully, the honesty will make me choose differently next time.
