| Dinner | 4 oz steak 1/2 sweet potato with splenda brown sugar salad with garbonzo beans, carrots and little sprinkle of mozzerella cheese light raspberry vingerette dressing 2T water |
| Snack | Special K crackers water 64 ozs. (It is easier to get my water in because basically that's all I am supposed to drink, but I do sneak one cup of coffee in the morning) |
