Breakfast 2 eggs, 1 egg white with spinach, green peppers, green onions and a little bit of Mexican weight watchers cheese on top
coffee
Lunch Subway 6 inch wheat ham
lettuce, green peppers, banana peppers, olives, jalapenos, oregeno, and little parm. cheese
Baked Lays
water
Dinner 4 oz steak
1/2 sweet potato with splenda brown sugar
salad with garbonzo beans, carrots and little sprinkle of mozzerella cheese
light raspberry vingerette dressing 2T
water
Snack Special K crackers
water 64 ozs. (It is easier to get my water in because basically that's all I am supposed to drink, but I do sneak one cup of coffee in the morning)
