Breakfast 1 egg- 70
oatmeal- 160
low fat brownie- 140 (yeah, that was stupid)
Lunch big salad, 1/2 pear, cucumber, cherries, chicken- 240
Dinner 6 chips and salsa
Shrimp salad with avocado, black beans, pico, and salsa- so good! ~300

Went out to Mexican with a friend. thought I did really well. The salad was so tasty, I didn't miss any of the bad stuff!
Snack cheese stick- 60
celery- 20
yogurt- 80
1/4 c. CC- 40
celery- 20
Comments/Questions? = 1130 cals...I'm sure it's really more since I'm not sure on the chips and salsa
