Breakfast Egg sand- 2 eggs, 2 WW toast, 4 slices c.bacon, laughing cow- 330 cals
coffee
Lunch 1 slice veggie pizza- 270 cals
3 cups romaine, low cal honey mustard, 1TB dried cherries- 100 cals

I was very satisfied after one slice of pizza. It blows my mind that my former pizza meal would be nearly half of a large! Ick!
Dinner 2 oz. cooked whole wheat pasta with 1 cup no sugar added sauce with gr. turkey- 316 cals
Snack banana with 2 TB Natural PB- 250 cals
