1 slice of 35 cal. toast w/ I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray
1 cup of skim milk
Lunch 1/2 cup Lowfat Cottage Cheese
1 clementine
Dinner 1 Baked Chicken Breast, Mixed greens w/ apple cider vinegar, 1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese, and yogurt
Snack 1 string cheese
