| Comments/Questions? | Much better day! total calories 1465 Another BIG family dinner Sun. but have a plan in place...still small portions, PASS on the chocolate, eat lots of fruit and veg from the "pre dinner" snack tray and use the dessert plate for my dinner plate. (I know we will have cheese and wine and lots of pies and desserts I will have to avoid as well as mac and cheese and noodles that I am passing on this time!) |

| Comments/Questions? | met the Villa Grove chix for a walk/run 3 miles, one run. Counted raking the leaves as an arm workout this beautiful fall day! Finally back on track...still struggling with clean eating but put together my weekly menu and went shopping, my total calories was 1500 and the additional 300 (I am aiming for 1200), were portion size not "off my plan". |
