(I am really loving this...1c. skim milk, 1/4 c frozen berries, 1/4 c fiber cereal. Put cereal in blender and make it a powder, add milk and frozen berries (or whatever) thick shake. It is so good and only 133 calories)

Comments/Questions? REALLY hard bootcamp...I think I modified more yesterday than I ever have on the cardio section. GREAT WORKOUT really challanging for me.
Weigh in was not so good. I think the Biggest Loser's saying "The scale doesn't lie." is wrong. Tish's scale didn't come close to measuring how hard I worked or how "ON" I was with clean eating...but...in the past the scale has caught up with my work so maybe????

This was a rough day. I didn't workout this a.m. and I am thinking that is one thing that sets me up for success...you know that comerical that shows good choices leading to other good choices?
