Dinner Whole Wheat Pasta with Light Alfredo Sauce & cubed cooked boneless/skinless chicken breast
1/2 Arnolds Sandwich Thin Toasted
Water
Snack Apple
Light String Cheese
4 Black Pepper & Olive Oil Triscuits
Comments/Questions? Yoga was good this am but I am sore all over....;-) Seemed hungry all day today but tried to stay busy to avoid the kitchen.
