Chix Food Journal Stephanie Adams

Breakfast before yoga - 1/2 banana & trail mix
after yoga - 1 C Cherrios with 2% milk
Lunch Grilled chicken sandwich with tomato & onion.
2 french fries
2 fried mushrooms (I would have had more, but Jenna had to use the bathroom. Mike ate the rest. Thanks, Mike!)
Dinner 1/2 C Whole Wheat Beefaroni
1/2 PBJ sandwich
2 kiwi
Snack 6 miniture peanut butter cups (I had Mike hide them after he opened two bags of candy he bought, put them in a bowl and left them on the island while he took a nap in the basement. VERY BAD!!! When he woke up I had him hide the bucket. Jenna even got into the bucket of candy. VERY BAD!!!)
Comments/Questions? yoga was great! My biceps are very sore.
