1 egg, 1 slice WW toast~ post bootcamp
Lunch Work party lunch~ Hickory River:
all scaled down portions of:
beef brisket
macaroni and cheese
cornbread
slaw
cobbler
Dinner no dinner~ lunch pretty much did it for the rest of the day
Snack 2 pieces of mint fudge~ I said "no way" to the third piece~ small victory!
