1/2 whole grain "special bread" w/ I cant' believe it's not butter
Lunch 1 cup 2% milk
1/2 whole grain tortillia w/turkey & cheese
water
Dinner 1 cup spag.& ground turkey meat sauce
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 slice homemade bread w/ I can't believe it's not butter
water
1 choc. chip cookie
Snack apple
breakfast bar
1/2 tortillia w/cheese (leftover from lunch but w/out the turkey)
1 choc, chip cookie
Comments/Questions? Looks like a lot of food when I write it down - but I'm
still hungry ..............
