Breakfast egg and cheese on bread thin
Lunch pita chips
Dinner turkey and avocado on bread thin and some grape tomatoes
Snack banana and 100 calorie pack almonds
frozen chocolate yogurt about 3/4 cup. handful of carmel corn.
Comments/Questions? Waited too long to eat and was a little out of control in the evening.....kept munching on stuff I shouldn't be eating.
