Breakfast broccoli and onion egg white omelet with piece of whole wheat toast (little butter)
Lunch Turkey and avocado on bread thin with handful of grape tomatoes
Dinner egg with 1/2 slice of swiss cheese on piece of whole wheat toast.
Snack banana, 5 pieces of chocolate candy, small rice krispie treat, oh and a small popcorn from Gemini cinemas with a tiny bit of butter.
Comments/Questions? maybe I would lose more than 3 ounces a week if I gave up all the crap I eat!!!!
