Breakfast before yoga- 1/2 banana
after yoga- 1/2 banana, piece whole grain toast, 1TBSP natural peanut butter
Lunch whole grain pasta w/ light alfredo sauce and baked chicken breast
(basically..a healthier chicken alfredo)
Dinner 6 slices of venison summer sausage
6 slices of chedder cheese
6 whole grain saltine crackers
holiday grapes
ate this as a snack late in the afternoon..ate more than I planned so, snack turned into dinner! I am still full!
Snack string cheese
25 natural almonds
grapes
