| Comments/Questions? | met the Villa Grove chix for a walk/run 3 miles, one run. Counted raking the leaves as an arm workout this beautiful fall day! Finally back on track...still struggling with clean eating but put together my weekly menu and went shopping, my total calories was 1500 and the additional 300 (I am aiming for 1200), were portion size not "off my plan". |
