Post-Bootcamp - 1 egg, 1 egg white scramble w/1% cottage cheese, black beans and pico
2 slices 35 cal. WW toast w/spray butter and sprinkle of cinnamon
Coffee
Lunch 1 lg. garden tomato
1% cottage cheese
100 cal. yogurt
Blueberries
Dinner 1 85% lean ground chuck hamburger w/onion, pickle, tomato and mustard
1 80 cal. WW bun
Boiled potatoes w/small amount of cottage cheese
Snack Peach
1/2 of small brownie
Comments/Questions? Biked 6.45 miles this evening (really "buggy" out ~ had to keep my mouth shut!)
